Price data in the card database and Deck Builder
You can change the prices displayed to the right of the search field or at the top of the menu (mobile).
Price data of collections
You can set which price data should be used for each collection and wants list individually. This is important because the total value and price shift are determined based on this setting.
To do this, open a collection and click on “Edit.” Select the data you want in the “Card prices” field.
Graph settings
You can display up to 4 price graphs in the graph on the card page and in the collection. To do this, hover over the price in the top left corner and check the desired data.
How is the default value calculated?
We use the average sales price over the last 7 days (Cardmarket) or TCGplayer’s market value. If there were no sales within this timeframe, we use the price of the cheapest available offer.
Sometimes, spikes in prices can occur after a sale, when someone buys a card for a significantly higher price. This happens especially with old cards that are only rarely sold. There are not enough sales to balance the average price with the cheapest offer. To prevent “false” prices from being displayed on cardcluster, we calculate the ratio between the average sales price and the cheapest available offer. If this ratio is too high, we also use the cheapest offer as the price.
Why are condition, language, and edition not taken into account in the prices?
We only provide you with the data that our partners offer.
It is practically impossible to guarantee 100% accuracy of all card prices, as cards are constantly being sold and new offers are being added. For purely technical reasons, we are unable to refresh this data at all times.
